To send money, dial *232#, select "Send Money", enter the recipient's phone number, amount, and PIN. The recipient will receive the money instantly.

Access all eMali services by dialing the USSD code *232# from your Eswatini Mobile number.
You can change your PIN at any time by selecting the "Manage Account" or "Change PIN" option from the main *232# menu.
If you forget your PIN, you may call 980 to request a PIN reset. You can also reset it by visiting an Eswatini Mobile Experience Centre or by following the PIN reset process available through the USSD menu. You will need to verify your identity.
You can deposit cash by visiting any registered eMali agent or an Eswatini Mobile Experience Centre. You may also transfer from other mobile money-eligible platforms (MTN MoMo) or Banks VIA our NPS transfer system.
The minimum cash-in amount is E20.
To withdraw cash, visit a registered eMali agent, or Eswatini Bank ATM.
The maximum balance you can hold in your eMali account is E50,000.
The maximum amount for a single transaction is E4,000.
The total daily transaction limit is E10,000.
From the *232# menu, select "Send Money," enter the recipient's phone number, the amount, and your PIN to confirm.
You can send money to any Eswatini Mobile number. The recipient will receive an SMS with a voucher code, which they can use to withdraw the money at an agent.
Unfortunately, once a transaction is confirmed and a recipient has cashed out the funds, it cannot be reversed. Advise customers to always double-check the recipient's number before confirming.
Dial *232# and select option 9 then select option 1 to "Check Balance." You will receive an SMS with your current balance.
You can request a mini-statement showing your last few transactions through the USSD menu. Dial *232#, select option 9 then select "Mini Statement."
